I don't get it.

Very happy they're harmless reskins of pre-existing cards. I was very scared we'd have another Rick situation.
Spongebob Secret Lair was spoiled today, Patrick Star is Barktooth Warbeard.
the commander deck of all time
I do not watch three hour long videos that aren't by HBG. Long, engaging videos are a tough artform to master, doubly so if you're not playing a video game. I usually clock out by the thirty minute mark.
However, Upkeep, First Main Phase, and End Step triggers cannot be interacted with directly except for mechanics that flavorfully are forms of temporal manipulation. Maybe I could make a YouTube video about this :p
To figure this out, though, you'd have to find a fixed measurement of time. Activated abilities, spells, and combat triggers are all things that could theoretically be looped infinitely and as such aren't a useful standard for measurement.
5-10 years, one hour, and half a year all at the same time.
I always heard that "lands" were more a representation of the mana and experience you have accrued throughout your journey, and you are calling on your memories of them to conjure spells. Also, exploring is a triggered ability and therefore must be shorter than a turn.
LFG!!

But we're going to touch the stove and we'll be touching it more than probably ever before. And we're not going to get burned. We're not going to get burned
Vintage and Legacy have every set ever legal. Cards printed after Scourge are not legal in pre-modern.
If it's too old to be legal in modern, it's premodern. If it's released in between 4ed and Scourge (and not p3k), you can play it.
If I ask really nicely can I get one even though I'm not going to Chicago
Without a one mana reanimate spell I really do think the Reanimator archtype gets way more fair. I'm more comfortable with a t2 5/5 troll and no mana up than a t2 6/5 troll with one mana up.
Every way that matters, at least. I'll still run Alesha because I love trans women more than I love final fantasy, no matter how much those demographics overlap.
Ugh. Yeah, it's power creep in nearly every way.
I've been running Zoanthrope over Ballista every day of the week because it feels like every deck has at least one Null Rod/Disruptor Fute in the sideboard! I've actually been running Amulet as my only energy card, with the occasional Galvanic Discharge if D&T or Tempo is getting too annoying.
I'm skeptical about energy but if I can get the average MV down I think Amped Raptor would be a phenomenal value add. Thanks for sharing!! I'm trying out Dour-Port Mage as a one-of draw engine but I really want Imperial Recruiter to be playable :/
What's your list look like? I've been trying to build rug food chain for a while and I can't settle on anything!!!
On second thought, maybe the card's ability is conditionally active- the ability is only technically on the card once you reach max speed but that is only determined by when the card is on the battlefield? That'd probably be why Marvin could work but cauldron doesn't.
I can't find any official rulings, but Max Speed is pretty weird. From what I understand, the ability is active once you reach Max Speed. Play Marvin with this guy on the battlefield, that should do the same thing. If it doesn't, one of 'ems a bug.
