My legislative colleague Senator Joe Picozzi and I stood with families to recognize Profound Autism Day. People with profound autism deserve to be heard and their caregivers need real support. We must invest in DSP wages and respite care to build a system that works for everyone.

The bill we passed would progressively increase our minimum wage each year and get it to $15 per hour by 2029. However, it gives counties the option to implement a $15-per-hour wage sooner.
