I use tempur-cloud dual cooling pillows that are 2.5 years old and and still look / feel brand new. They don't really cool with a pillow protector + case but they are v supportive! They're expensive but they're on bogo sale this weekend

Mine is Final Destination 3 so I guess no rollercoasters this year lol

can't sleep, can't stop thinking about how I tried to say mostly or mainly earlier and it came out "moanly"

It hasn't been easy for me but I remembered some beautiful moments tonight like meeting my childhood best friend behind the bushes on the side of her house to play with our beanie babies, taking my niece to the mountains to see snow for the first time, canoeing at camp in Tennessee

I have a bad habit of replaying my more painful memories so I've been trying to remember happier ones I can think about instead
