Business Legend Warren Buffet calls out America's Billionaires
If 800 other major corporations paid what Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway did in taxes, Americans wouldn't have to pay a dime.

Apropos of nothing, this was just fascinating
Yes under Non-Zero-Sum James :)
Oh don’t worry, I’m real, i just like things based on word searches to find like-minded people.
Oh! You mean as someone whose work AI has been trained on? Well, then I'm accidentally comparing artists with artists.
Hey non-zero heroes. If you follow me, you must enjoy the #podcast, which is great—because put a lot of work into it.
The full Polymaths series is up now and if you'd like to help build momentum with me, when you listen to this please "follow" on your podcatcher it helps a lot!
I appreciate you :)
A "lot of work" is a relative term. Compared to other prompt engineers some prompt engineers put in a "lot of work"... perhaps even weeks of work, for a couple of hour a day in their spare time.
A "lot of work" for an actual artist is perhaps 10,000 hours, a very different game.
Nah, when this guy needs to get from A to B he literally builds himself a road (which he invented) and a car (which he also invented) made from materials he mined personally from various countries that he travelled to on a plane (which he also invented, and built out of materials he mined himself).
Yes, I too hope our interest in connecting with one another outlives generative AI.
I see this view a lot and it always makes me ask, what exactly do we do differently?
Hey, wanna play game? "YES!"
It's about voting... "Er.."
There's also reading to do... "..."

Mate 99% of everything you have comes from the collective.
I’m not sure to what you are referring here.
It is sometimes, right?
I love this response so much.
Hartelijk bedankt, ik ben het ermee eens dat iedereen soep nodig heeft!
I read (anti-socially) a large chunk of this at a family gathering once, when I picked it off their shelf. I really enjoyed what I read and have meant to read it in full at some point.
This is almost too simple. Also brilliant.
I like this. Can you unpack how it “seeks” (a teleological term) structure?
I like the idea of tending toward mathematical minima, that sounds like a naturalistically understandable progression.
You're probably right. Low-population libertarianism benefits from immediate feedback/reciprocity to keep it in check, yes also for your take on socialism and capitalism too. Globally, I think economic interdependence is the best solution to "international anarchy" as opposed to political realism.
I think you misread the above post, nothing to do with Zionism.
Just to be clear, it's not my poem, it's Skyscraper Stan's—a poet and musician working in Australia. He happens to be the son of a colleague of mine who shared it with me :) It resonated with a lot of the ideas I explore on the site :)
I'm currently writing a blog on #parenting, which has various non-zero-sum aspects to it. Anyone have any questions / statements they'd like addressed?
I'm not sure I understand you here (I'm not AI btw). That's actual me in the picture and my actual voice on the podcast and my actual writing on the blog.

The key word was "bigotry". 99.9999% of the time that word is used critically... not advocating for it 😅. I've taken it off the list (and added some words to avoid too, "zionism" etc).
Lesson learned.
This book was MAGIC to me as a kid.
