I’ve been having a lot of fun making things! I still have a lot to learn but woodworking has been such an empowering hobby for me and would love to make more 🪵

I wouldn’t consider myself a bread enthusiast but as a sandwich enjoyer the overuse of ciabatta has gone too far

Facts. This also applies to the top, if you’re taller than me I don’t need to know what’s going on up there

I’d be happy to be proven wrong but I find it unlikely considering the baguette exists

It’s a dense, dry, unremarkable millennial-core bread that’s been plaguing the sandwich industry posing as a subpar alternative to the baguette. It’s somehow dense AND porous. Dry, tough, grainy, and dusty. It has the AUDACITY to call itself the “perfect” sandwich bread and I can’t stand for it 😤

Ciabatta apologists will say “it’s really good when it’s fresh” like YEAH… ALL BREAD IS 😤😤
