ah i'm sorry to hear that :( maybe you could try sending mosobox an email, i'm not sure if they will offer a replacement since it was damaged but it might be worth a try! I could also send you the amount for the keychain to replace it/refund it if you'd like!

hi there! sorry for the late reply, but make sure to peel off the protective sticker layer (sometimes it's hard to tell if there is one!) I'm fairly certain mosobox keeps them on most (if not all) acrylic products
