Two weeks ago I went to the Den of Eniquity™ to play a backgammon match. Eight hours later I was definitely coming down with something. Bad cough, scratchy throat. Just a bit of fever that went away quickly. Sadly everyone here got it. Two weeks in, finally feeling vaguely human. 1/2

I have bounced off Pratchett a handful of times - my wife loves and has reread Discworld over and over. When folks post snippets I love them! Now really sure what is wrong with me, but I'll keep trying every year or so.

I can only think of one exception to this rule - Rimworld and the Randy Random setting. But its a choice you make to play that way so perhaps doesn't fit.

Quest Complete! We have gotten our Residency Permit for Deutschland - three years. Now we're looking around for a semi-permanent area to live. If you are at all interested I've been sending 'Missives From Abroad' to folks, happy to add anyone to the list. Just SO relieved!
There are rentals off the beaten path where everythng is quiet and you can just relax after all your adventures. Highly recommend one day of just downtime on a patio listening to the rain come down.
Sadly they are still in the TSA line.
