The pun here is that instead of referring to the range of topics, it refers to the windows of time of Overton aka his lifespan. This is completely nonsensical but still can be interpreted as “the Overton window has shifted.”

This is a pun on the “Overton window,” which means the range of political topics mainstreamed enough to talk about. As the population’s opinion changes through time, it is not uncommon to say that the Overton window has shifted.
