6 months without him. π
While I continue to live life celebrating joy the hole he left is just as big as it was in August

Ready for a very important Wedding. β€οΈπΎπ₯
Going to give that my very best shot
Love this story.
There seems to be a significant number of Cute Cat posts on BlueSky - I thought we needed a few cute Cavoodles so here are #fizzy_pup and #domino_pup
Seems that way.
Spent some time at The National Museum seeing the Pompeii exhibition with my BiL and SiL. A lovely excursion.
They have closed for the year.
So, I now have Covid. *sigh*
But the result of this is that I didnβt manage to pick up the gift my, recently deceased, husband arranged to ensure I had a gift from him on Christmas Day. All his hard work and forward thinking ruined.
*sob*
Well sh*t! My youngest has Covid! Itβs not like Christmas was going to be a great joy but this adds an additional challenge. *sigh*
The kids came over & we put up the Christmas tree, as we do every year - but this year without their father. Another sad βfirstβ that we have to navigate as so many have before us. The tree is beautiful. Glenn would love it - he would have loved the joy, tears & laughter of the evening more.ππ
Gorgeous day finishing with a Christmas Concert at the Royal Albert Hall. πΆβ€οΈπ
Pretty lights I saw as I strolled home from the theatre
Having a wonderful time playing tourist in London
Checked in and ready to go. Moved to an earlier flight CBR - SYD so now have ample time for customs - ππ
Brilliant!
Itβs 9 days & 14 hours I set off for London to spend time with family there. Before then I have to fly to Darwin for work - so today I spent some time putting clothes in bags - there will a day or 3 to ensure everything that has to do both trips makes the move but it might be a little stressful. π³π¬π
OMG! No!
Whatβs up BlueSky? These puppies. Sweet, loving, soft but what is with that leg?!
Itβs been a hell of a Year.
