I normally use Emla cream. Works really well for the beginning of the session, but it’s expensive af. Otherwise you can use xylocaine. Usually, I smoke enough high-cbd concentrate to get numb on top of the cream 😅 today I left the cream AND my vape home. I rawdogged it like a champ 😅😂
