Around this time every year, I share a list of ways to support Native people. From supporting Indigenous people seeking abortion care to defending Native voting rights and keeping Native families together, here are some causes worth supporting. 🧵

Literally the only reason I’m still on Twitter is because I’d lose my disabled community. If this space was more inclusive, this is where everyone would be.

A blue car has Christmas light decals on it’s side and a tiny Christmas tree on top
This was my little joy moment for the day. As I was about to turn into work, I was behind this car (stopped of course.) The little tree on top wobbled as they went on their way!

Natalie was super thoughtful with the passages she chose and the way she answered questions and I am so very glad to see disabled writers making media for young people that showcases disabled characters. So glad I went!
Went to an #understandingourdifferences event and got to hear Natalie Lloyd talk about her book, Hummingbird. I don’t often get to be in person with other disabled people, and hearing someone say out loud things I’ve thought before was chilling in the best way.
