Tasty honey garlic stir-fry. I used textured protein slices from Happy Veggie World (made in BC check them out!). A great substitute for honey is maple syrup:
1 TBL maple syrup
Minced garlic ( I measure with my soul)
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water

Went out to feed the ravens (they like to congratulate my dog after a successful potty). I decided to put it deeper into the yard so our pup doesn't bother them eating.
I did not realize the snow is now waist deep out there.
