But the fact that no one has released an actual written agreement but instead “a framework of a basis for negotiation” or whatever makes me think they’re winging this just like they wing everything.

All I’m saying is that I doubt there was a written ceasefire agreement that stipulates what will happen in the next two weeks.

I always thought mutual aid came from anarchists. Charities are organizations that have hierarchy and bureaucracy, which are bad. Mutual aid is just people giving stuff to other people to help out and is therefore good. Something like that.
