Hah, for me almost as soon as they're fully yellow, they go in the freezer for banana bread. I've not had banana pancakes, sounds nice though!

Er, here's a tip. Try not to shatter your cornea. It feels like broken glass. And you have to have eye drops for at least a year (!) Got overly hopeful at the hospital after they gave me a magical painkiller for the eye exam. Back to it not wanting to open again now 😭
