This simple recipe was shown in a clip: Marinate the salmon sashimi with shio kombu and sesame oil for 30 mins, then place it on top of white rice and an egg yolk. That’s it!
I added some white sesame as decoration and also marinated the egg yolk. Simple and delicious!

I swapped cherry tomatoes for tomato paste, but overall, the cherry tomato version is better for its fresh acidity and added texture.
