Trump vs. US - that one! I’m not a con law scholar just a layperson that went to law school so I’m sure I missed a lot of subtleties in the opinion but I found it well reasoned and maybe not the best for our particular case of Trump but best for precedent and long term law.

I liked Robert’s opinion in both Trump and Learning Resources. I know I’m in the minority there but I’ve always liked Robert’s logic.

I read both opinions (Trump and Learning Resources) and thought they were logically coherent mostly because they addressed wildly different issues.

That being said I may be one of the only liberals alive who liked the Trump vs. US decision lol. I liked Roberts logic in both cases.
