I just want the world to be kinder to each other, I used to think education was the way for that. Part of me still does.

Being ND (not just AuDHD) learning about why my brain does half the shiz it does has been liberating.
However, learning about how other people's brains do what they do has been really helpful in how I interact with others (ND and NT).
It's not okay to give a Centre-Right government (soon to be replaced by a Far-Right one) a database of information designed solely to combat immigration, based on prejudice, controlled by AI-lovers. How could anyone NOT be paranoid about the threat to minorities?
Even without a diagnosis, if you spot the patterns around RSD, knowing what it is really can help (helps logical brain & it does give you space to be kinder to yourself)
