I think the 'junior employee' level of a lot of vocations is going to have to be incorproated into formal education going forward. Something like a combination of the Duale Hochschule model and the extension of higher education programmes out to 8, 10, even 12 years.

I think that makes sense. After years of dealing with zombies people have adapted, learned to defend themselves and manage zombie risk. They are less of an individual danger than a driver of systemic collapse.
