These are the things that help you know you're doing a good job
One of my followers. Also old, looked it up recently
Pocket Casts for over a decade now. I paid for it many years ago and so grandfathered in to some features. They changed ownership and did subscription stuff at some point, so YMMV.
I googled it and it's definitely something I should have been worried about. But we didn't have google in 1998, so I just didn't know you can like die from eating too much fish.
Ooh, I'll have to try with Kewpie and chili crisp. When I was 17 and playing football, I spent a whole off-season eating multiple cans of tuna & mayo every single day for like months to slim down a little. I hope that doesn't cause permanent effects? Took several years before I could eat tuna again
Poor Mary, I bet she's so tired of sports talk
This is Laura Loomer in disguise
Which I think is a good business model. I've loved Gilligan, Tropper, and Yost shows, so I'm glad a service wants to just toss them some money to make new shows.
And I like Sci-fi, so I'm glad they'll take a risk on something so dense and hard to do like Foundation.
I mean, you're just describing a streaming service hiring people who have experience in creating and writing TV shows.
That's the pitch, but I didn't watch Saul (I know I should). I like the concept and trust in Vince Gilligan.
Guilty as charged for starting it for those reasons, but I enjoy it.
Yup, first season was good and the stand-alone/flashback episodes are exceptional. I didn't watch season 4, I don't know how much of season 3 I watched. I thought the testers were okay side characters in the beginning, but once the show started focusing on them I couldn't have been less interested.
it opens up a whole new world you weren't aware of when you start noticing the birbs all around you
Pretty much all of my favorite new shows are on Apple TV: For All Mankind, Foundation, Severance, Slow Horses, Silo, Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, Dark Matter, Your Friends & Neighbors, Pluribus, The Studio, WeCrashed.
Mixed feelings/stopped watching: Servant, Ted Lasso, Mythic Quest
Alias was so good. Also made me a fan.

He's so good at stuff
priest: and so wise king solomon said βi will cut the baby in halfβ

priest: no it was a test
me: risky test. what if heβs not a worm
I think franchisees often opt for the tendies menu because it's cheaper. Really bad decision in this location. It's also right next to one of those foot massage parlors that just got busted, so people definitely looking to pay for a bone.
Looks like I fudged the timeline, opened late 2023 and closed late 2024. A little over a year and was closed for a year before I even noticed!
This one was a tendie and sandwich only menu, with a KFC right next door and a Popeyes across the street. Failed from the start.
I also came here to say the same thing, since one opened up right next to me last year and I was excited to try it. It did not survive a full year with a tendie-only menu.
I already miss Pim and Charlie
Yeah, exactly. I don't know why the drive thru was even open. People aren't pulling up for the chicken cordon bleu
