We have to accept when we've done wrong... Some people go their entire lives thinking that they've done everything the "right" way... Sometimes we're wrong. Sometimes we don't do the "right" thing--things can go left on you quick, and it's just not "right..."
I'm trying to be more positive about myself and my life. I used to hope a lot, and I want to again. I hope that this will serve to be the declaration of my obligation to myself and those around me to be good, act good, think good, and live good. I feel like I owe that to myself.

"...Months earlier, Michael Broady Jr. died after law enforcement allegedly beat and shocked him while he was in handcuffs, according to a complaint filed by his sister..."
I could have died. I thank God for another day alive... but I am ashamed to have had a lawyer who forced me to accept a plea
"Tase while handcuffed" is apparently protocol for power-hungry rage-blind law enforcement... I've been scarred by the taser pins. I pray that God gives those guards what they deserve.

"One of the challenges that a lot of people have is they don't feel that they can speak up, because it's going to cost them personally. So I think it's all the more important for people who can bear that cost to do so." #quitMeta @marklemley.bsky.social @wired.com
Anyway...hope to make this a platform to organize and find solace in the current connected landscape.
