Trump was not transformed by his victory. He did not suddenly become more normal or less of a threat to democratic norms and institutions than he was on November 3. Yet Democrats are in a haze. Get with it, yesterday.
The American economy just added 256,000 jobs in December, and unemployment fell to 4.1%. Trump is inheriting one of the strongest economies for an incoming President in generations. And despite destroying our economy in his first term, Trump will try to take the credit for this boom. Don't let him.
