I can too but I think you have to be a little smart with players you have high hopes for and give them some encouragement like some training with the first team here and there (which she did get for a few weeks) and then some mins at end of season if she’s working hard. Agree re entourage.

Agreed. We have to be careful with her. If she isn’t training with first team regularly by end of season or given a few appearances, I could easily see a big team coming for her and deciding to leave.
