I’m a very small fry in the content creation space, and it’s even happened to me.

I am doing a massive project to consolidate my locally-stored photos (plain filesystem), Google Photos, and Apple Photos to Immich, with photos dating back to the early 2000's.

The hardest part has been timestamps. So many of my photos lack EXIF data.

Ah man, so sorry to hear! We had our third daughter on the way and I couldn't realistically have both a second car and motorcycle, so the bike had to go. I wish I could have stuck it in a crate, it was perfect. Right down to the color (blue with white stripes down the center).

I think that’s it, exactly. By the time I switched to iPhone, Telegram was the standard in my social circle so I skipped WhatsApp. Although lately, I’ve been making a push to Signal as Telegram is feeling bloated.

If you haven’t tried it, I recommend Tetris DX. It’s jam-packed with features compared to the original. The only bummer is that music, while still totally fine, is a downgrade from the OG.

My favorite by a huge margin is the 11” MacBook Air. At the very beginning of my career in Wi-Fi, my work provided me with a 2011 with an i7 (which seems rare; I’ve never seen another). It was the very first modern computer I’d ever owned. I used it until 2017, and sold it in 2018 (instant regret).

To me, the worst thing about vintages Macs are StuffIt archives. I never seem to have the right version of StuffIt on my machine.
