Setting aside time to plan my day and set goals for the day that were realistic, as well as coming up with a protocol if said goals were overestimated, helped a lot. Also writing down scripts to be able to say no and communicate boundaries better. Sending encouragement! ✊️

Watching the early survivors' footage out of Gaza -the dead, the massacred, the razed, the destroyed, the ravaged, the mutilated- and honestly, I don't think I have seen a scale of relentless pure evil like Israel's US-backed genocide, the apartheid, and the occupation of Palestine in my lifetime.

I think the fact that the entire government is in lockstep to ban tiktok because it's giving the young people ideas we don't like really shows the US has two conservative parties.
(Yes, obviously the Republicans are worse but Dems are center right at best)

Here's the latest: I've taken the time to recover from burnout after the layoffs and restructuring. I promised myself that my full-time job would just be to take care of myself. I now weigh 8 kg more of mainly muscle mass, now vegetarian, integrated with a community, and got more hot. 😋
