A huge monster reminiscent of a massive elephant carries a white city on its back. The monster is fleshy, pinkish, has multiple curve tusks, many tentacle-like proboscides, and walks on many shambling legs, some akin to that of a spider. It has two heads, one on each side of the city, each with four golden eyes and a small flame flickering above its head. A cloudy sky is shown in the background and mists surround its walking ground.
A lithe, feature-less figure, covered in a silvery sheen, sits crouched on a dark slab in a cavern, its arms folded. Reflecting slabs around the creature reflect the rest of the dimly lighted cavern, except for the figure, which doesn't appear in any reflection. The cavern is filled with black stone pillars, some of which are broken, revealing a hidden, bright quartz-like quality inside the rock.
A hooded man floats mid-air, sitting with crossed legs, over many hands carved out of cracked stone. He wears a brown tunic over white bandages that cover most of his body, including his eyes but not his mouth. His left forearm is missing, but replaced with some magical floating prosthetics in dark metal, floating in place of where his arm would normally fit. The man holds a hammer and chisel in his hand, and other tools for sculpting float around him, including a file, a saw and another chisel. Along the tools, three strange stone cuboids float around him.
A long, narrow piece of fabric extending from his clothing turns and twirls around him, eventually continuing and shaping itself into the tail of a large canine made of stone. The creature has gold-veins running through the cracks in the stone, and floats above the sculptor. The creature has many golden eyes sprouting across its body, and three in its grinning face. The canine's ears and buck fur turn into a typical jester's hat bells.
A colored excerpt of a comics page of an unnamed helldiver (from the eponymous game), laying wounded on a rain-soaked battlefield. An automaton devastator finds him, but the helldiver draws his sidearm, a heavy Senator revolver, and disables the machine with a few precise shots, before reaching for a medkit on a comrade's corpse. The helldiver injects the stimpack into his wounded abdomen, healing quickly enough to get up and address further enemies converging on his position.
