I haven't read a book since being forced to for English at school. Recently though, I have given myself the mission to learn more about myself and Autism to help myself the best I can. This year I have already read 3 books which have helped greatly.

Hopefully this might help others to find the motivation they need, its hard but you are not alone.
If anyone has any other suggested resources or readings I'd love to hear them and check them out!

As someone that was only recently diagnosed with Autism in my 30s, its been challenging to say the least.
My family told me it was a waste of time and money and wouldn't change anything... my immediate support network is not the greatest.
But through adversity comes growth.
