All in all, it was a great experience. For me, it was a balm of sorts - a much-needed, timely reminder of why I'm proud to be a Democrat

Lows:

* Voting hiccups. As I told a legislative candidate, it was good training for waiting for hours on the legislative floor during budget season or lame duck!
* Booing. People are frustrated, but booing wins few friends. That said, folks should also reflect on WHY people are so frustrated.
