Nothing new, but new to me: just shipped a full home automation deployment pipeline: mac → git push → gitlab ci → cloudflare tunnel → home assistant webhook → file trigger → ssh add-on → git fetch/reset → ha core check/restart → telegram notification 🚀

First wrestling comps of the season. Older one went 1/3 Saturday for 3rd, younger was sick. Today they both swept their brackets for 1st. Younger was on a tear. Wrestling season is here… and there go my weekends for the next few months.

Only the second time in 15 years I’m not hosting Thanksgiving. My part of the meal is done, and tomorrow I plan to just show up and eat like a champ.

City crews did their annual street tree trimming. I gave them $50 to run my yard debris through their chipper. Done. Cash still gets results.

Wishing you and yours the best, these things are rough. Unfortunately, this is part of getting older.

Spent some time this weekend converting NodeRed flows for my Inovelli switches to native Home Assistant automations. Steep curve, but the NodeRed bits seem to be abandoned.
