Gosh… Miss Saigon. I’ve seen it before, I don’t know if it’s age or what but I was an emotional wreck for most of it. Absolutely wonderful. The American Dream elements don’t land in the same way they once did, but the tragedy of it all and the performances were stunning. It was a lot guys.. A LOT.

Off to see Miss Saigon tonight. Iv seen it before but it’s a good one.

No I didn’t know what to expect really but fomo. Iv had a couple of fun group jumps and stuff which was cool but after a couple of weeks I just wanted to get back to the bubble so Iv not really played since. Beyond logging in, flying around the carrier and logging out. Exploration isn’t for me.

Yeah I feel like that at the moment. I did make the mistake of going on the DW3 thing which has made me realise I hate exploration so much (so shade to the organisers, incredible bunch!) so that hasn’t helped. I can’t wait to get back and perhaps that will help me get some love back idk.

Peloton is overloaded with really short classes. If you have been training for a long time you have to really look for longer classes. When I joined Peloton at the start they were all proper 45 mins classes with the odd 30, 15 or 20 were unheard of. Anything is better than nothing ofc

Zone two is beneficial but you need to do it for long periods of time. 30 mins you may as well walk to the shop and back. This is why Peloton fucks me off, 100’s of useless fluff because ‘content’ and metrics people do them thinking it’s benefitting them.

If you guys don’t have a reckoning for this it will happen over and over. Don’t make the mistake Biden did. Go for every single one of them.

Two of these classes are 30 mins. 30 min classes at zone 2. Literally no point. 🙄

Yeah the actual toilet and the sink is something we want to get replaced to be fair we don’t like them at all but will have to wait for now, these old houses are money pits!

Just read an article about various porn bans the govt want to introduce. I’m just not to sure that the govt really wants to be getting too involved in choosing which types of porn are and are not acceptable. I get why they may want to do it im just not too sure it’s a wise arena to get into.

The last day of my spring break. It’s been very busy, quite productive though not particularly relaxing. What better way to spend it than in a beer garden over looking the majestic river Mersey.

The hall has three lovely internal windows too. 😍

Same. It’s the only remaining external window that’s the Edwardian original it’s not in the best state so we are going to get it restored and encapsulated to protect it. It’s quite special isn’t it.

Spent the weekend painting the down stairs loo! Needs another coat next weekend but quite happy with the result so far. A dark bold choice but will look very elegant with antique brass accessories. ( @mwr26.bsky.social ‘s choice)

A particularly brilliant @quietriotpod.bsky.social this Sunday. Iv never felt so optimistic about our chances of joining the EU and was delighted to hear a serious discussion about that BBC story this week. I felt exactly the same. Throwing a match into an already dangerous discussion. Shameful.
