Every few years I signup for the Elite package from @cyclometer, my biking app of choice. Partially to help them stay in business, and partially to see what is available. Offered a £10 deal for the year, I have taken it, and am looking forward to the integration with my Apple Watch.

I had four months off the etrike in the middle of the year, due to lackadaisical supplier, insurance etc after the first trike was written off after crash-I wasn’t hurt. It was weird to live without the trike for so long. But you don’t forget how to ride! Best wishes for your family rides in 2026 ❤️

Throughout the long saga of my etrike write off and eventual replacement, Assetsure have been VERY helpful. I am glad I had my cycle insurance with them and recommend them wholeheartedly

Pleased to say I have now got my replacement etrike and after 2 and a half months, am riding again. But slowly 😀, nervous about falling. Baby steps for me

I am old enough to remember a consultation that nat highways did on the bike path from Dunkirk flyover to the QMC roundabout. what happened to their plans to improve that?
I stopped using that as being too dangerous when I was on a two wheel bike

Very grateful to the bloke who came to my assistance on Wheeler Gate this afternoon and picked up my trike and put it on the pavement so I could lock it and go to The Bag Company. The kerb was a bit much for me. #thanks

Would be great if @nottspolice enforced the Yellow Box at junction Carrington Street, Arkwright, and Queens Road. Yesterday about 3pm had to wait to cross from Carrington to Arkwright due to cars queuing and blocking the road. @transport_nottm
