Shipping programmable background blur for ImGui in Dalamud this week! It's controllable via a slider in the style editor, and has controls for grain noise, tint and luminosity adjustment (though those are not exposed yet, only for other devs)

We used to be more bold with these, but something I've learned over the years is that this isn't really something users think about when they start their game and just want to play. A lot of people just get confused when something changes and they can't attribute it, and I guess that isn't so fun.

This was fun! Turns out we weren't the only ones with this idea but I think we did a good job of it (even though it was pretty short notice again, oops)

I'm not proud of this but we should have most of them now, my current best shot is hooking ReportEventW because MS kept pushing the ticket with the API and they already call it with actually useful info
