how about we be joyful and whimsical about pc2's good news instead? characters are back in the game. yeah, they're a little chopped but we HAVE them, and i've been CRYING for pcx to come back

i understand the frustration of not being notified, but ultimately, roblox copyright /does not care/ if you own an evil sonic the hedgehog. that's what that is at the end of the day, and if they implemented exe is a way you wanted, it would have faker in the limelight and pc2's much more at risk

it's not /up/ to her. pillardev and co consulted a real life copyright lawyer, not some children and outcome warriors that don't know the half of what they're talking about. these posts come off as /incredibly/ entitled, and she needs to realize that sega/any ip, at any point, can pull the trigger.

now for some bad faith of my own. this is finally a moment where raven as opposed to exe's fans getting a taste of being cucked out of exe being an asym, and near-immediately, within two hours of vocalizing her confusion, turns this around to make it about /her/ decision.

this is just such a bad faith take. you'd think that she of all people would realize that these people aren't out to get others, and especially not her. they just want what's best for the game, even if that means dis-including characters in the future.

it's just. buddy. the pc2 devs are consulting a lawyer and trying their best to play it safe in terms of copyright. not only that, but pillardev, believe it or not, has pillar chase 2 as a PASSION PROJECT. they just decided to also make a living from it, who else wouldn't want to live off their art?
