Exciting news! I learned this week that my debut novel, The Reluctant Pioneer, won a Will Rogers Medallion. I won't know until November whether it won a Gold, Silver, or Bronze. And the book was a finalist for the Western Writers of America's Spur Award for Best Historical Novel. 🙂
