There is an omen sometimes that just, decides to ruin a day or so that badly that I wonder if I pissed off some higher power. Today «has been one of those days», like 10 things have gone south today from minor inconveniences to bigger issues

To the journey ahead, I could recommend to have a physician check as well. As someone who «is struggling» too, weight managing meds along with intermittent fasting have given me better physical and mental wellbeing. They will most likely be a helpful ally, so incorporate them too. You got this!
