Hot take: What more or less literally breaks #MetroidPrime4 apart is the central Sol Valley region and the motorcycle needed to cross it. If you just got rid of that and pulled the surrounding regions close to the central Chrono Tower, the game would be grand. Its other issues would fade, too.
