Throwback to the first time I experimented with mixing light colors! I still love how this piece turned out. I had to draw and cut so many fish and the light shafts through the water's surface are simply divine!

The bubbles are definitely going to be an interesting challenge 😜
Thank you!!! 🥰 I hope the final piece meets the expectations of the sketch and beyond!
Around all of the con prep chaos, I somehow managed to squeeze in finalizing this sketch for my next oneiroframe! It's set to be 16x20" and I'm aiming to get it to the point where I can start cutting the first layer live at Norwescon for my Art in Action slot on April 4th from 10-11am!
I am as busy as can be right now! Buttoning up backorders from ECCC and prepping for Sakura Con AND Norwescon on April 2-5th. Let's just say my laser cutter and I are both running at full tilt to get more laser cut editions prepped in time.
Welcoming our next guest artist, Megan Roseman, to the studio with a small opening reception in conjunction with the monthly @GeorgetownArtAttack neighborhood art walk today! The studio will be open until 7pm tonight.
Thank you so much! I'm delighted to hear you enjoy my work! 🥰
My ECCC booth is all set up! Booth #10036 on floor 0 of the Summit Building. I'm along the left wall.
The lighting for "The Liminal Seed" is so calming and beautiful! I swear that when I finally got it dialed in, I gasped. The gentle semi-randomized animation to create the effect of falling leaves is just *😘*.
There are some gorgeous details in "The Liminal Seed"! Take a closer look! I'll also be sharing some video of the lighting animation soon. It's absolutely mesmerizing!
Laser cut editions of "Volva Vargaldar" are now available in studio or in my online shop! For those folks who enjoy a dark fairy tale woodland vibe with a spectral pack of wolves.
