Seriously. Between this and my skin suddenly having an allergic reaction to frequent friction (wtf), I’m 0/2 on weird postpartum things that actually are quite common but not spoken about.

I am aware this is a wildly common this for folks to deal with in postpartum! Which is so strange to learn because of all the things I read and tried to mentally prepare for with a newborn, this never came up 😵‍💫

How’s postpartum going? Fine, except that when I do get some sleep, I wake up with this phantom sensation that I am holding/nursing the baby, and then the baby disappears and I get so confused and disoriented. Makes me feel like I’m in an A24 film or something 🥴

To say we are obsessed with our little Valentine would be the understatement of the century. Thanks for all the care and support as we navigate the newborn trenches together with Baby Button ❤️

No fear: I like it! We're still in early season one episodes but I would be surprised if my opinion changes. I was a fan of other "Blue Sky Era" series on USA when it was airing, I just never watched it when it was on air for whatever reason 🤷‍♀️
