YOOOOOO
We just passed our six-month anniversary, so it seems like a good time to check in and post a sale on subscriptions.
@patrickklepek.bsky.social talks about Pragmata how I talk about Lost Planet 2 and I think a lot of people talk about a lot of Capcom games in that they are so incredible at making a niche game that is broadly a 7/10 but for a particular sicko is always 10/10
BAFTA pulling a trailer for an autobiographical game about surviving sexual assault only hours before it was said to be a part of a showcase is an exceptionally bad look.
Excited to recreate some old miis in #TLLTD. I was so disappointed in @patrickklepek.bsky.social back on this day in 2014.
<3
it was definitely his snowplow
Of course, you can listen to the conversation I had with the developers as a podcast, too! podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/r...
Today, I've got the story of two cousins—one who was allowed to play games, and one who wasn't—who chased a silly dream. Their journey traveled through the world of Flash games, before delivering one of my favorite games of 2026, the wonderful Minishoot' Adventures: remapradio.com/articles/fak...
lol yes
My "you will never do it" t-shirt is making people ask "will you ever do it?" and I simply think that's unfair and judgmental.
not enough people have spent times in the blogging mines
it's basically an extension of every other social network that chased growth and profits over safety -- they're doing it retroactively in response to lawsuits and potential regulation
Roblox will soon roll out "child accounts" and start filtering out games with "sensitive issues." I asked Roblox what it considers a "sensitive issue"—and they told me! Prayer in schools? Vaccination policies? The full list at @crossplayblog.bsky.social www.crossplay.news/p/what-are-r...

Utterly random
game has strong "cool uncle who doesn't want to be a parent but loves watching his niece on the weekend" vibes
there is way less "I'm a girl dad" in here than there is in most video games about dads/daughters, but as a dad of two daughters, this part of the game mostly slide past me because the story itself feels so barely there (which I'm fine with, the game part is excellent)
I will never stop!!!
I wish they'd done a *tad* more with the puzzle stuff but what's there is enough and really compelling
oh wow, I gotta talk to them
Haha, I hear you. What the game *does* have is a series of excellent "hard mode" enemy gauntlets (tho not enough imo) *and* a series of training exercises that give you arbitrary goals to complete. That stuff rules. I hope the DLC expands no it.
Maybe it changes in the endgame but it barely tries to tell a story. It’s mostly structure.
Switch version played very well when I tried it a few months back. It’s not a graphical powerhouse.
the shooting is just okay and the puzzling is just okay but when put together they feel really good
All I've played for the past week has been Pragmata. All I want to do right now is finish the last few sections of Pragmata. All I'm going to do before Remap Radio is try to pull that off. Capcom is on a ridiculous heater these days.
Pragmata has been one of @patrickklepek.bsky.social's most anticipated games of 2026. And he's happy to report that Pragmata, which mashes up shooting and puzzling, is very good and very fun
When did arcades turn into mini versions of Las Vegas? They're the closest young children can engage in our society’s ever-expanding gambling complex. Games your children are certain to lose. They are scams. My latest at @crossplayblog.bsky.social www.crossplay.news/p/most-arcad...
