Fun fact, I just learned that none of the major hospital networks by me do the blood test for h pylori. So no I have to wait 2 weeks and switch my stomach medication before I can do my breath test

The blood test is for people who take a ppi regularly (me for gerd). I'd have to go off of it for 14 days, which would make me sick. It also cant differentiate between an active infection and an old one. But since I've never had it, and have been sick for a month, my dr agreed
