Another new week starting with a new fastest mile time~ 7:28, now closer to 7:00 then 8:00 minutes

Fastest mile time for me is now 7:32! Still room for improvement, but always great to see progress~

My new fastest mile time just dropped, 7:35! Was surprised, since I hadn't gotten a run in since last Tuesday because of the holidays
