People can whine about the Game Awards all they want, but if ANY game got snubbed it was Digimon Story: Time Stranger.
You’re telling me they made a genuinely good JRPG, with a compelling story, great music, funny dialogue and pop culture references, AND it has Digimon? Give those devs some awards!

A great alternative to digital games, but a terrible substitute for physical games

I love Pokemon. I play every game on release and enjoy nearly all of them, but that doesn’t change the fact that almost every single one feels incredibly low-effort and like a beta for what should be a way better game. It’s the most consistent “two steps forward, one step back” franchise there is.

The original HAS. NO. VILLAINS. Gantu, Bubbles, Grand Councilwoman? They’re all just people doing their jobs. Gantu’s just a dick and not a “villain” until Stitch the Movie

It amazes me how #TheWheelOfTime show can make the most insanely asinine decisions in season 1, completely ignore them the next season, do it again for season 2, and then go on to make season 3 genuinely awesome.

My morbid curiosity has turned into genuine excitement and it’s insane.

I think the thing I hate most about April Fools’ Day is when a game implements a legitimately cool feature as a “joke”, and then removes it afterward.
