“Ooo, and I bet you can even make them chomp down on things as well, as sort of an improvised sticky bombs, right?”

They started playing with the chomper like a toy, shaking it every so often.

They would reach over with the other hand, gently petting Ray a little bit now.

“It seems to happen sometimes, I don’t question it since she seems stressed sometimes.”

They would excitedly take the chomper, looking at all the details in great detail.

“I can feel the power of it from just holding it!”

They would poke at their face, prodding more and more.

“Now elaborate on why you can’t tell me! I am technically not actually her child after all!”

They started to rapidly poke at the other’s face, not letting the question go unanswered.

They love the idea of being indebted to someone, feeling themself already indebted to Mochi Miles for how much she has helped their kin

They will unlikely ever feel this way to anyone else, but it’s not impossible

They focused on how Ray spoke about Mochi, finding it rather curious how they said it. They would do what they did best, and ignored everything else they said and proceeded to prod!

“Why did you say it like that? You sounded kinda unsure with yourself!”

“It’s really cute! How much of a punch does it have? Can I hold it?”

They made sure not get too close to it, in case the other didn’t let them!

They didn’t care much for helping them to other things, just as long as they thought it was fun being around Ray!

“Mmmm, I can’t think of anything to tell you about! I’m not good at thinking of things to say, I usually just say things until they make sense!”

They would let go of the other, wanting to move around a bit as they thought of things to tell Ray.

“Mama isn’t another quicksilver, she’s a rancher! Mochi Miles, without her I wouldn’t have all this energy to run around with!”

They are inherently selfish to a point, most things they do being for the enjoyment or entertainment of themself

Of course, this isn’t always the case, a sparse few they are willing to help outside of their own pleasure

“Oh really? What kinda stuff can you make? Do you make explosives? Can I see one? What are they powered by?”

“She makes a fair bit of cool things!”

Daifuku was usually a very spur of the moment kind of slime, not usually thinking about how they felt outside of feeling excited or entertained!

“Uuuuh- What kinda of stuff do you want to know? I’ll be happy to tell you anything!”

They didn’t think much about the tarr arm, they have oddly enough seen weirder occurrences.

“And thank you for the compliment! I am only this fast cuz of my mama!”

“I asked my mama make it for me! She’s pretty cool!”

“Here~!”

Throwing one at Jinx!

“I am a quicksilver! And I don’t mind a little radioactivity, a little extra energy won’t kill me!”

They would start to spin the other around a little bit.

“But I’m glad you took precautions!”

“If you ever want more, I’ll be happy to grab more for ya!”

They started to poke at her legs, that just being standard for them at this point.

“I don’t think we’ve met before!”

“You want a cuberry to make you feel better?”

They offered one for the other, looking up at them rather happily.

“I like you already, you seem cool!”

“I’m Daifuku! It’s nice to meet ya Ray!”

They would hug them back, squeezing tightly as they bounced! They loved hugs!

“That was my last one unfortunately! I’ll have to find some more!”

They could essentially do the same, but it always looks cool to see something heal so quickly!

“You’re fun! I like you!”
