100 pull-ups in sets of 10.
300 calf raises off block sets 50.
100 sissy squats (6x15 + 10).
100 Push ups diamond hand position.
100 dips.
100 chin-ups sets of 5 to 10. Biceps were hammered.
Total weight hoisted: 800 X 189# = 151,200#.
