Hasn’t spent more than one night in NYC since 2017 (those visits for trial appearances) and votes (by mail) in Florida.

Not a New Yorker.

Roger Fisher: "My suggestion was quite simple: Put that needed code number in a little capsule, and then implant that capsule right next to the heart of a volunteer. The volunteer would carry with him a big, heavy butcher knife as he accompanied the President. If ever the President wanted to fire nuclear weapons, the only way he could do so would be for him first, with his own hands, to kill one human being. The President says, ‘George, I’m sorry but tens of millions must die.’ He has to look at someone and realize what death is — what an innocent death is. Blood on the White House carpet. It’s reality brought home.

"When I suggested this to friends in the Pentagon they said, 'My God, that’s terrible. Having to kill someone would distort the President’s judgment. He might never push the button.'"

Doctors say that vaccines protect children from dangerous diseases. A nepo baby who barbecues dogs and snorts cocaine off toilet seats says that vaccines make children vulnerable to 5G radiation. For busy parents, it can be hard to know who to trust.

Gladys Mae West obituary: mathematician who pioneered GPS technology She made key contributions to US cold-war science despite facing huge barriers as a Black woman.

No joke: I got angry hate mail today for writing an obituary of a Black woman scientist—because the person felt she did didn’t deserve the recognition.

Which just makes me want to share it again: www.nature.com/articles/d41...

I am hearing that RFK Jr.’s minions are going to go after HPV vaccines. I’ve got problems with these people and now you’re going to hear about them, first from a personal perspective and then from a professional one.

It all boils down to this: WE HAVE A SAFE VACCINE THAT PREVENTS CANCER.

We are incredibly proud of the resistance for preserving and releasing this footage so the truth cannot be buried. Alex Pretti. A 37-year-old ICU nurse at the VA. Murdered by Trump’s regime. This is not okay. He spent his life helping people. He was an American hero.

Seems this is more about "mom" as a reductive slight ("soccer mom," "dragon mom," "helicopter mom") than wine.
Many of us who could fit the stereotype have pushed away from the bottle recently (thanks for all the scary health stories, @nytimes.com!). And ex-wine mom is a whole other level of smug.
