I work out quite a bit more than the standard recommendation but my diet is admittedly trash and my body's starting to call me out for it 😓 gotta make some bigger changes than I have been. It's gonna be difficult! I love junk food 😭 Just gonna have to love some healthier food most days
Raging sore throat disappeared into a very minor cold so I'm good for now. Just double masking when I expect to encounter other people
My health was mostly what had me down at the beginning of the week. Had my annual physical and got the results back pretty quickly
