I swear that wasn't my intention 😂 just wonders of the human body called the nasal cycle!
I may have jumped the gun with each nostril switching every breath, apparently they do that only every few hours 😂
I only learnt about the nasal cycle today so I got a bit too excited 😆 happy that you got something interesting out of it
Tested it too and seems like only my right nostril was active, guess I gaslighted myself to believe that they switch sides that often
Am I the only one who didn't know that your nostrils work only one at a time and they alternate which one inhales every breath?? Like they're going left, right, left, right... whattttt 🤯
