Either way I gave up. Of course I have other goals but losing 5 years on this one makes me wonder if I’ll lose another 5 on the next one? It’s really difficult to even put into words how I feel about my art and myself at the moment. I hate being negative but it’s just how I’ve been feeling lately
I tried so hard to push to be a concept artists for my favorite game and I got to the point where I wasn’t sure if I was willing to spend another 5 years to pursue that. Maybe thats my lack of commitment and maybe that shows someone else deserves it more because they can put even more time in.
I gave up after 5 years on the goal I was pursuing and haven’t pushed for anything else since 😪
