Not posting Too much about this to avoid ruining the eventual surprise, but here's a Patreon post with all the major deets on my side-project of the last few months.
It's free to patrons but non-patrons can chip in (about as much as on stream) to read too.

TLDR The law doesn't care very much if someone was right about things, only what their conclusions led them to do.
It comes down to the actus reus (the action of the crime) and the mens rea (the motivation of it). If they conducted acts of discrimination, under the motive of deliberately being discriminatory, then it was discrimination even if their understanding of the context was wrong.
As there was only one salaried trans judge, I guess 100% of salaried trans judges reported being discriminated against.
(And I guess this means the Judicial Attitudes Survey - supposedly anonymous - nevertheless identified that that judge (who we all know) reported she was discriminated against.)
This is all part of a dismantlement of gay and women's rights in the UK. You can see how the EHRC was stacked with transphobes, and now we can see the same process beginning in Stonewall. Trans rights are small potatoes, they want a repeal of marriage equality and criminalisation of abortion.
Praising JK Rowling when asked a question on trans rights is akin to praising Anita Bryant when asked a question gay rights. No money to Stonewall. No Stonewall at Pride. They are already experiencing a funding crisis, and this chairwoman appointment should be their last. Traitors.
There will never be an "acceptable gay" or "acceptable trans" movement that works. The Mattachine Society tried that with gay people back in the 1950s, and they failed, because Rowling et al fundamentally disagree with people being LGBT+, no matter what type of LGBT+ they are.
Maybe we don’t call it a ‘singer’ if it doesn’t have vocal cords.Making a synthesizer reproduce violin sounds does not make it a violin.
I have put together a small email template for anyone who wants to remind Stonewall that trans people have always been in the fight for the rights of LGBTQ+ people, and always will.

Comic cover. „Partners in Time-Crime - A Life is Strange fan epilogue by Kati Knitt“. Max Caulfield’s hand is drawing a scribble of her holding hands with Chloe Price. Both wear prison clothes and a ball and chain. There’s a little heart above them. In the bottom is a little box with the caption „Rated M – Strong language, Suggestive Themes, Drugs, Suicidal Ideation, Trauma and PTSD, Natural Disasters“.

Well, at least the BBC is covering this.
By the koala I am gonna miss these ridiculous children.
I am gonna miss these wonderful teachers.
I am gonna miss this familiar galaxy filled with new stories to uncover and new histories to learn.
But most of all I'm gonna miss the lesson of hardship enduring but hope & kindness always being wise.
Going live with some final TMNT drafting

*sigh* Okay. It's time. Gonna sit down and watch the last 2 episodes of Star Trek: Starfleet Academy season 1.
Gotta remind myself this won't be the end of one of the shiniest and most optimistic and hopeful shows in a decade. Not just yet.
I'm not gonna dispute that these systems can produce code, maybe even just possibly good code, but I am gonna dispute that you should be using them to code instead of doing the work yourself
If nothing else, because you're gonna need to know what it's doing wrong when it inevitably breaks something
From a different social media platform:
Stonewall quietly changed its definition of transphobia last year to help allow the government to pursue its Wraparound Conversion Therapy policy.
The reason Dugdale has been appointed is to launder its *faux* Conversion Therapy ban.
Quislings…?
If someone resorts to giving their coding tasks to genAI like Claude or Gemini or whatever, and it measurably improves on their work, I am simply going to assume that they are actually terrible at coding compared to the demonic plagiarism machine.
genAI literally doesn't even know what it's doing.
Paging @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social now that he has lost an excuse for betraying trans New Yorkers
If the new footage is "critical" to the story of Avengers: Doomsday, maybe they should have put it in Avengers: Doomsday.
If I notice a creator I watch is using AI regularly or in their store or merch or advertising, will simply tell YouTube to never show me their videos, especially if their content is supposed to be progressive.
Don't use the 'kill the planet' machine, just don't. Especially if it's a sold product
Once again. These people do not want freedom of speech, they want the freedom to monolog without criticism.
They're going to end the freedom of speech of students to protest bigoted speakers they disagree with.
‘Simply stop giving millionaires water for literally free’ is one of the most insane sounding but actually serious policy solutions out there
This discourse rolls around every six months and I'm always happy to chime in: ELEMENTARY is a great TV show qua TV show and best modern interpretation of Holmes, including that one you're thinking of, which was more of one dude's intermittent hobby, which also somehow turned into CRIME DR. WHO.
Gender should literally just be a common thing that people *should* examine in order to have a fullness of life, even if nothing massively changes. It should be as common as developing a fashion style or a music taste. Deconstruction of societal imprint, no matter how “far” you go, is freedom.
Dang that is a packed list
