I only ever worked from home during COVID, I learned that on site is very wasteful of a lot of my time. Constant interruptions & stupid shit. I do value a hybrid model over full-time wfh but it’s mostly the nature of my job, as some pieces require my physical presence. This is a perfect fit

Just found out my employer is launching a hybrid working environment that is anticipated to launch in January. It will be 60 percent work from home. This is huge for me as I travel 60 minutes per day for work. Also, my productivity is 100 percent higher when I am working from home. Win win!
