Any advice on how to learn different skill sets that I should have learned like 5 years ago in less than a couple of months?

And let's say upgrading it's not an option because Chile's pricing for hardware in general is just horrendous

I wanted to stream Apex legends, I'm no good by any means but sometimes I get decent plays

The problem? My cpu, for some weird reason apex uses like 70-100% depending on the scene, take that and put OBS and other software and it's joever
